Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Machining Support Operator to support machining operations by handling, positioning, and moving components for machine tools.

You will report to the Metal Works Manager and be located on the Monfalcone site. The role requires a three-shift work schedule and adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards, with a base annual salary range of €29,100 to €37,000.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter, Mechanical Assembler or Machine Operator.
• Availability to work in three shifts: Shift 1 6:00–14:00, Shift 2 14:00–22:00, Night 22:00–06:00.
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).

Mansioni

• Load, unload, position, and align components on machine tools.
• Perform deburring and edge-breaking activities.
• Protect components from damage, deformation, or deterioration.
• Ensure traceability information are correctly applied.
• Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

About The Role

The primary function for the Machining Support Operator is to support machining operations by handling, positioning, and moving components for machine tools.

You will report to Metal Works Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, position, and align components on machine tools;
• Perform deburring and edge-breaking activities;
• Protect components from damage, deformation, or deterioration;
• Ensure traceability information are correctly applied;
• Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter, Mechanical Assembler or Machine Operator;
• Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday - Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am;
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).
