Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a Manager in Training for the Food & Beverage Division. You will rotate across outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing leadership skills over an 18-month program.

You will learn the Four Seasons service standards, deliver personalized guest experiences, and prepare for future management opportunities within the F&B division. English and Italian language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or Food & Beverage operations.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to build a long-term leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in day-to-day operations across multiple outlets.
• Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences.
• Work closely with leaders to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
• Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Develop leadership skills by coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
• Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities.
