Burger King Italy is seeking a Food & Beverage Innovation Lead to develop the product pipeline from concept to market launch, contributing to brand growth through new offerings and improved current menus. You will manage end-to-end innovation projects, coordinate testing, work with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, labeling, and European food rules.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science and Technology, or related fields.
• 3–5 years in Product Development/Innovation/Brand Marketing in Food & Beverage or QSR.
• Strong passion for food sector and consumer trends.
• Analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in QSR or Food Service (nice to have).
• Knowledge of food cost principles and product development processes (nice to have).
• Experience in supplier management and innovation processes (nice to have).

Mansioni

• Build and monitor the innovation pipeline in line with business objectives.
• Develop new Food & Beverage products from ideation to launch.
• Optimize existing Food & Beverage products.
• Identify market trends and analyze consumer needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, HACCP and European food regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance on feasibility.
• Coordinate product testing, including concept tests, product tests, consumer research, tastings and validations.
• Support costs, pricing, and P&L assessments.
• Collaborate with international teams to adapt global innovations for Italy.
• Analyze sales KPIs after launch.
• Support brand management in advertising plans.
