DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to join the Custom Application Offering in Rome. You will own end-to-end business analysis for Public Sector clients, from requirements to validation of solutions, and lead client interviews to identify issues and propose improvements.

You will document processes to increase efficiency, guide junior team members, and shape presentations, workshops, and proposals. Strong communication across levels is essential.

• Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Public Sector.
• Advanced expertise in business process analysis and requirements definition.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, data-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
