DXC Technology Italia is seeking an Application Technical Leader in Rome with end-to-end technical ownership from design to production. You will drive software solutions using Java EE, Spring, SPA frameworks, and microservices within cloud architectures.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, defining standards, and collaborating with BAs and PMs to align technology with business goals, including AI-driven features.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced expertise in Java EE, Spring Framework, SPA frameworks, Microservices, Docker and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and cloud AI services.

• Own end-to-end technical ownership of software and application solutions from design to production.
• Design, develop and execute technical solutions for new features or upgrades, using Java EE, Spring, SPA, microservices.
• Provide technical guidance and review by mentoring junior/mid-level resources and ensuring quality.
• Interface with Business Analysts and Project Managers to validate requirements and align with business goals.
• Contribute to technical standards, best practices and design patterns in Software Engineering/DevOps/Cloud.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies and translate business needs into technical requirements including AI-driven features.
