Tenova in Castellanza, Lombardy, is seeking an experienced Expediter to join our Operations Team, focusing on expediting orders, monitoring supplier progress, and ensuring contractual compliance. The role collaborates with Project Teams, Quality, Logistics and Suppliers, reports to the Expediting Department Manager, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with an on-site canteen and supplementary healthcare.

Starting gross annual salary from €40,000, with final offer based on seniority, experience

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in a similar expediting/logistics role.
• Knowledge of materials used in engineering/manufacturing processes.
• Strong planning and reporting abilities.

Mansioni

• Expedite orders and monitor supplier progress per contract.
• Coordinate with Project Teams, Quality, Logistics, and Suppliers.
• Prepare visit and expediting reports; identify delays and propose actions.
• Report progress to Project Managers and Management.
• Assist with inspection/testing coordination with Quality.
• Coordinate with Logistics for material pickup and packaging.
