Tenova S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Expediter to join the Operations Team in Lombardy, Italy. The role focuses on expediting orders by monitoring supplier manufacturing progress, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting project execution.

The Expediter collaborates with Project Teams, Quality, Logistics, and Suppliers, reporting to the Expediting Department Manager. The position requires extensive travel and a strong background in engineering materials, planning, and ERP systems.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar expediter role.
• Basic knowledge of materials and their properties used in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong planning and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Manage purchase orders and ensure contractual compliance with Expediting Department Manager.
• Monitor suppliers' progress and update schedules and management systems.
• Organize supplier visits to verify manufacturing progress.
• Prepare expediting reports and propose corrective actions.
• Provide updates to Project Teams and Management on supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, and Materials, and report issues.
