sennder is seeking a Manager, CEO Office in Milan (Italy) or Berlin (Germany) to drive strategic initiatives and operational topics for the CEO Office. You will work with the CEO, Founder team, and Executive Team, shaping AI-first transformation and multi-department projects across geographies.

The role emphasizes delivering tangible results from concept to implementation, co-creating financial models and strategic documents, and liaising with board members and investors.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably at top-tier consulting, transaction advisory, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to translate into actionable insights; experience in quantitative modeling and financial analysis.
• Proven track record leading strategic, cross-functional projects or large-scale transformations.
• Bias toward action with a results-driven mindset and a strategic plan to achieve objectives.
• Experience leading small teams (1–3 people) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and AI-first ways of working.
