Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration; hospitality management degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of progressive managerial experience in upper-upscale/luxury hotels.
• Fluent Italian and English; third language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the property's Executive Committee and set strategic direction.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and performance reviews.
• Drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing and guest satisfaction.
