Mangia's in Sicily seeks a General Manager to lead a resort under an international upper-upscale hotel brand. You will provide leadership, set strategic direction, and ensure elevated guest experiences while achieving strong financial performance.

The role requires 8-10 years in luxury hotel management, 3-5 years as GM, fluent Italian and English, and a track record in P&L and brand standards. You will collaborate with the Executive Committee and HQ to uphold sustainability and Italian Taste.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of progressive managerial experience in upper-upscale/luxury hotels.
• 3-5 years as General Manager.
• Experience with an international hotel brand affiliation is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
• Strong P&L and strategic decision-making demonstrated.

• Provide inspirational leadership and clear vision to the executive team.
• Oversee property operations ensuring brand standards and sustainability initiatives are met.
• Direct development and execution of sales, marketing and revenue plans.
