Job summary

W Hotels is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage/Culinary leader in Arzachena, Italy, to oversee Restaurants/Bars, room service, and banquets. The role directs departmental strategies, brand service alignment, and financial performance to meet guest expectations and drive revenue growth.

This full-time, on-site management position requires extensive experience in F&B leadership, budgeting, and operational excellence to deliver brand standards at the property level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, events management, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited institution in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 4 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Food & Beverage/Culinary goals and strategies; sets expectations for leadership team.
• Reviews financial reports to assess performance against budget; recommends CAPEX as needed.
• Develops and manages the F&B budget and ensures profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Leads and coaches the F&B leadership team; fosters collaboration and accountability.
• Establishes open communication across all F&B areas and aligns with brand strategy.
