You will oversee Front Office, Retail, Recreation, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, F&B and Events, coordinating with department heads to achieve exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Keeps operations team focused on critical components to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Ensures operational areas support the overall guest experience.
• Reviews financial reports to assess performance against budget.
• Manages capital expenditure to priority service strategy.
• Coaches team to control wages and expenses.
• Leads implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives.
• Develops property-wide operational strategies aligned with brand goals.
