Job summary

Lefay Resorts & Residences is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Area General Manager and senior leadership in Gargnano, Lago di Garda. This role handles correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics to ensure smooth operations across two Lefay destinations.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, with a high school diploma or degree in a related field, and be able to travel as required. Experience in hospitality administration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in administrative assistance, clerical services, or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
• Languages: fluent in Italian and English; a second language (French/German) preferred.
• Available for business travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Area General Manager and team by completing administrative responsibilities.
• Manages AGMs calendar, travel, and reservations.
• Coordinates meetings for the Executive Team and Board of Directors; prepares briefing materials.
• Coordinates special projects for the AGM and external stakeholders.
• Oversees cluster headquarters management and facility upkeep.
