Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring an Environmental Services Assistant Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations at a long-term care facility. The role focuses on maintaining high sanitation standards, coordinating staff, and ensuring safety compliance under PPE and infection-control guidelines.

The position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and ability to train and manage a team, with residency in the service area.

Competenze

• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with cleaning methods, sanitation, and infection-control practices.
• Familiarity with PPE policies and safety regulations.
• Proficient in maintaining schedules, inventories, and records.
• Able to train staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Must comply with vaccination policies as required.

• Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations and cleaning quality.
• Maintain records of schedules, staff assignments, and supplies inventory.
