Airelles Palladio Venice is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.

You will supervise Housekeeping teams, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards, contributing to a flawless guest experience at this luxury property in Venice, Italy.

Competenze

• Minimum 2/3 years in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Mansioni

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in daily management and coordination of the department.
• Supervise Room Attendants, House Porters, Laundry, and Public Area teams.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, suites, and public areas to meet luxury standards.
• Monitor room readiness and collaborate with Front Office to optimize availability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
• Maintain stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies; report needs.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping concerns promptly and discreetly.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and procedures.
• Prepare departmental schedules, inventories, and operational reports.
• Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
