Lexroom Srl is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of Lexroom’s internal and external events, from workshops to major conferences and partner activations. You will manage all phases from brief to post-event debrief, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and strong impact across audiences.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (fluent, C1+). Italian is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with event and webinar management tools (Brella, Luma) or visual content creation is a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage events end-to-end from brief to post-event debrief.
• Oversee internal events such as team events, workshops, and company-wide meetings.
• Coordinate external events including trade fairs, conferences, webinars and partner activations.
• Define objectives and timelines with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
• Supervise suppliers and partners from logistics to venue setup and technical operations.
• Collaborate with communication teams to align event marketing and content.
• Manage networking and registration platforms to maximize attendee engagement.
• Track performance and collect feedback to refine processes.
