Lexroom is hiring a People & Legal Ops Specialist to join the centralized Business Operations team. You will serve as the operational reference point for People & Legal across international markets, focusing on CRM, data reporting, and scalable data infrastructure.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, owning end-to-end data processes, and fixing data quality in a fast-paced scale-up environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in AI tool and CRM implementation.
• 0–2 years of experience in Operations/CRM within fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts.
• Experience configuring and optimizing CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead rules).
• People literacy with strong funnel understanding.
• Strong data extraction, cleaning, and reporting using Excel/Sheets.
• Extreme ownership and autonomy; diagnose and fix data/workflow issues.

Responsibilities

• CRM Building & Optimization: configure and map processes, build complex workflows, manage properties, structure pipelines.
• Data Architecture & Reporting: build dashboards and ensure cross-country data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Alignment: translate requirements from People and Legal leads into working data flows.
• Future Scalability: evolve data infra and integrate new external tools across Lexroom.
• Navigate the Ambiguity: identify and fix data/workflow issues without detailed instruction.
