Opinno Italy is seeking an Event Manager & Technical Producer to join our People and Communication team. You will manage end-to-end events across virtual, hybrid, and onsite formats for international clients and public bodies in Europe.

You will coordinate guest experiences, speaker logistics, and data-driven post-event reporting, while maintaining high hospitality standards in fast-paced, global environments. Fluent Russian plus English and Italian are required.

• Native or professional fluency in Russian (mandatory)

We are looking for an Event Manager & Technical Producer to join our People and Communication team.

What You Will Do

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the end-to-end management, organization, and guest experience for virtual, hybrid, and onsite events, coordinating organizational and relational aspects for a diverse portfolio of international clients, European Institutions, and Public Bodies.

In Particular, The Role Will Involve

• Managing and coordinating face to face events and workshop in Italy, Europe and Central Asia
• Leading overall event management with a major focus on guest management, including invitation flows, VIP speaker care, attendance tracking, and high-level hospitality protocols.
• Managing direct relations and operational liaisons with vendors, venues, and service providers based in Central Asia using fluent Russian.
• Managing online tools for survey distribution, participant registration, and digital feedback collection.
• Analyzing attendee data, client feedback, and preparing comprehensive post-event project reports.
• Preparing high-impact presentations and project documentation.

Requisiti minimi

Qualifications

We are looking for a Junior profile with at least 2 years of experience in Project & Event Management, with the following qualifications:

• Native or professional fluency in Russian (mandatory)
• Solid professional knowledge of English and Italian (at least B2 level).
• Proven track record working within European agencies based in Turin, handling international projects or institutional accounts.
• Strong background in guest management, speaker coordination, VIP protocol, and attendee logistics for large-scale events.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for attendee data management and reporting).
• Familiarity with event communication platforms, registration tools, survey apps, and email marketing software (Mailchimp or similar).
• Excellent relationship-building skills with high-profile stakeholders and international clients.
• High adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and independence within fast-paced global environments.

Nice to have

• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Good ability to prepare and manage reporting in Excel.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably French, Arabic, or Ukrainian.
