Opinno Italy is seeking an Event Manager & Technical Producer to join our People and Communication team. You will oversee end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and onsite events for a diverse portfolio of international clients, including European Institutions and Public Bodies.

The role focuses on guest management, VIP coordination, and data-driven post-event reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Project & Event Management, fluent Russian, and strong English/Italian skills.

Competenze

2+ years in Project & Event Management
Experience with European agencies or institutional accounts is preferred
Fluency in Russian, English and Italian required and evidenced in prior roles

Mansioni

Oversee end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and onsite events for international clients
Coordinate guest experience, invitations, VIP speaker care, attendance tracking, and hospitality
Manage vendors, venues, and service providers across regions with strong liaison skills
Operate event tools for registrations, surveys, and feedback collection
Analyze attendee data and client feedback, and prepare post-event reports
Prepare high-impact presentations and project documentation
