Opinno Italy is seeking an Event Manager & Technical Producer to join our People and Communication team. You will manage end-to-end events across virtual, hybrid, and onsite formats for international clients and public bodies in Europe.

You will coordinate guest experiences, speaker logistics, and data-driven post-event reporting, while maintaining high hospitality standards in fast-paced, global environments. Fluent Russian plus English and Italian are required.

Competenze

• Native or professional fluency in Russian (mandatory)
• English and Italian at least B2 level
• 2+ years in Project & Event Management for European agencies/clients
• Experience with guest management, speaker coordination, VIP protocol and attendee logistics

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid events in Italy, Europe and beyond
• Coordinate guest management, invitations, VIP care, and hospitality protocols
• Liaise with venues, vendors, and service providers for international projects
• Prepare post-event reports and project documentation using attendee data
