Opinno Italy is seeking an Event Manager & Technical Producer to join the People and Communication team. You will manage online events, hybrid meetings, and coordination of technical and organizational aspects for international clients and public institutions.

The role involves delivering high-quality virtual events, newsletters, and client communications while using tools like Zoom, Teams, Remo, and Mailchimp.

Competenze

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Remo, StreamYard or equivalent tools.
• Experience in organizing and managing workshops, webinars, training sessions, and live events.
• Good knowledge of Mailchimp or similar software.
• Familiarity with online tools for surveys, registrations, and digital platforms.
• Excellent command of Italian and good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, including high-profile stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in an international, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving, proactivity and autonomy.
• Excellent teamwork and workshop facilitation skills.

We are looking for an Event Manager & Technical Producer to join our People and Communication team.

What You Will Do

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the management and delivery of virtual events, onsite and online meetings, primarily through Zoom, coordinating both technical and organizational aspects for a diverse portfolio of international clients and Public Institutions.

In Particular, The Role Will Involve

• Managing and coordinating online events, webinars, training sessions, and hybrid meetings.
• Overseeing technical production and ensuring the smooth delivery of virtual events.
• Providing high-level technical support in an international, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Preparing newsletters, invitations, and communications through Mailchimp (or similar tools).
• Using online tools for surveys, event registrations, and potential integrations with Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Analyzing data and preparing project reports.
• Adapting templates and existing materials to meet specific client needs.
• Preparing presentations and project documentation.

Requisiti minimi

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good experience using communication and collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Remo, StreamYard, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in organizing and managing workshops, webinars, training sessions, and live events.
• Good knowledge of Mailchimp or similar software.

• Excellent command of Italian and good command of English (at least B2 level).

• Flexibility and ability to work in an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.

• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and interactive sessions for clients.

Nice to have

• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Good ability to prepare and manage reporting in Excel.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably French, Arabic, Russian, or Ukrainian.
