ABB E-mobility is seeking an NPI Lead - Prototyping & New Product Introduction to steer the transition of EV charging and power electronics products from development to industrial reality. You will plan prototype builds, drive manufacturability improvements, and manage knowledge transfer to manufacturing for external partners.

The role requires leading a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with R&D, Industrialization, Quality, Production and Supply Chain, and championing lean, 5S and standard

Competenze

• Experience leading prototype, pilot, pre-series or NPI activities for electromechanical/industrial products.
• Proven ability to translate development milestones into build plans with materials, tooling and capacity.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFT and Lean practices.

Mansioni

• Lead planning and execution of prototype, validation and pre-series builds with clear plans.
• Drive manufacturability improvements and implement DFx in subsequent builds.
• Transfer knowledge from development to manufacturing with structured handovers.
