Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to coordinate European client technology transformations and migrations onto the Kraken platform. You will bridge Kraken product managers, developers, and client teams to deliver value across billing, finance, and communications domains.

The role is EU based with travel, requiring strong problem solving, stakeholder management, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in client delivery and product ownership
• Agile delivery experience
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience handling complex delivery pipelines for enterprise clients

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client counterparts, including product owners and business owners
• Serve as first point of contact for tech development and escalation for domain issues
• Be the knowledge base on Kraken platform and its delivery
• Triages requests and communicates priorities internally
• Summarise client needs and timelines for ongoing Kraken development
• Support engineering to deliver product features
• Encourage iterative development and deployment with the client
