Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Contract Management Specialist to oversee accurate administration of customer and GPO agreements in Italy or Spain. The role focuses on pricing integrity, contract compliance, and audit-ready data within Salesforce, Oracle, and related platforms.

Working with Sales, Legal, IT and Finance, you’ll ensure contracts are properly set up, maintained, and reported. This position emphasizes governance, timely updates, and risk management across commercial operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of directly related work experience.
• 1.0
• 4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function creating data reports and analytics.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus.
• Strong background in a multi-disciplinary environment with the need for high flexibility.
• Experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ensure contract data in SFDC and Oracle is accurate, up-to-date, and reportable.
• Support pricing integrity and contract compliance across systems.
• Create, maintain, and execute monthly contract analyses and reports.
• Assist with new contracts, amendments, and terminations for business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to optimize commercial operations processes.
• Audit readiness and compliance monitoring; support external and internal audits.
• Manage membership alignment and monthly updates in SFDC.
