Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Site Management Leader based in Italy to drive capability across Europe. You will develop site leaders, standardize field execution, and align project needs with the right deployment model to deliver safer, more predictable outcomes and a scalable talent pipeline.

The role requires multi-country site operations experience, strong PBM and safety mindset, and the ability to travel across Europe.

Formación

• Significant experience in construction, field operations, commissioning, or site-management leadership.
• Ability to lead through influence and coaching across multiple projects and locations.
• Strong safety mindset with experience applying HSE requirements in industrial settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Site Management capability across Europe from Italy-based position.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Site Managers with PBM and accountability.
• Drive safe execution, schedule adherence, cost discipline, quality, and customer commitments.
• Standardize site-management routines and adapt to project/country needs.
• Partner with PM, Sales, Operations, HSE, and HR to align leadership capability to project needs.
• Align field leadership with labor planning and mobilization across Europe.
• Promote safety/compliance culture and coach for risk reduction.
• Foster collaboration across KSPS, ET&S, KES Italy, and other Koch capabilities.
• Build a sustainable Site Management talent pipeline through development and knowledge transfer.
