Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG in Verona, Italy, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the site's health, safety and environmental strategy, driving continual risk reduction and a strong safety culture.
You will ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and ISO standards, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and develop training programs while partnering with site leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
Competenze
- 5+ years’ HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Italian health, safety and environmental legislation and its practical application.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and safety training.
Mansioni
- Lead the Verona site’s health and safety strategy and drive risk management.
- Ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and ISO standards; lead inspections and audits.
- Lead risk identification, assessment and control; conduct high-quality investigations.
- Develop training programmes and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and drive environmental sustainability improvements.
