Dematic seeks a Team Leader Site Manager to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality modernization and upgrade installations across multiple sites in Italy. You will oversee MU Site Managers, ensure adherence to standards, and continuously develop the regional team.

You will coordinate with construction, procurement and quality teams, manage on-site leadership, and support estimation and planning for upcoming projects. Occasional weekend/night work and travel to sites are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing assembly of machines and systems.
• Experience working with subcontractors on-site.
• Ability to manage an on-site team and coordinate cross-site activities.
• City & Guilds standard in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication at all levels and ability to work at height.
• Flexibility for weekend and night work as required by projects.

• Power of attorney for safe project execution in the area of responsibility.
• Disciplinary & professional management of MU Site Managers.
• Ensure and drive continuous quality improvement in assembly.
• Facilitate know-how transfer between construction sites.
• Document assembly issues and feed back to QA and PM.
• Plan cross-project resource deployment and capacity.
• Ensure project execution quality, deadlines and costs.
• Provide cross-project status reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement with related departments.
• Coordinate with adjacent departments on cross-project topics.
• Train the team and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support sales in estimating upcoming projects.
• Forecast and manage internal resources and external services; own WBS for installation tasks.
• Control project costs in collaboration with site manager and PM.
• Ensure permanent site management/supervision support.
