Job summary

Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV) seeks a detail-oriented Concierge – Europe to support luxury travel advisors across Europe and ensure flawless bookings and client experiences. You will build itineraries, coordinate excursions, manage documents, and perform quality checks from pre-booking through final delivery, while staying up-to-date with travel recommendations and supplier options.

Native English fluency is required, with 2+ years of luxury travel in Europe, excellent communication, logistics

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury travel experience.
• Native English fluency, written and spoken.
• Experience using Google Drive and reservation management systems.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for managing intricate bookings and travel logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Booking & Confirmation: Build itineraries to UJV Europe standards and act as the main client contact post-booking.
• Concierge Services: Coordinate personalized travel arrangements and ensure bookings align with client preferences.
• Quality Control: Perform multiple quality checks on all bookings and deliver final travel documents.
• Service-First Approach: Maintain a service-first mindset and stay up-to-date with travel recommendations.
• Project & Document Management: Keep travel guides and vendor databases up-to-date.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager and/or their designees.
