Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co. is partnering with a leading global pioneer and Tier-1 manufacturer of solar PV mounting and tracking solutions to hire a highly entrepreneurial hunter-profile sales manager.

This is an absolute omni-channel business development role, empowered to penetrate new frontiers and secure regional distributors from scratch across Europe. You will pursue utility developers, EPCs, wholesalers, and installers, conduct consultative technical selling, and manage tenders and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years B2B sales in renewable energy or PV.
• Experience with solar PV mounting structures, tracking systems, or modules is preferred.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing multi-million deals.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive new client acquisition across Utility, C&I, and Residential segments.
• Build omni-channel networks with EPCs, IPPs, distributors, and installers.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, frameworks, and high-value tenders.
• Travel across Europe for meetings and site assessments.
