Job summary

DiaSorin S.p.A. is seeking a Regional Manager, Scientific Affairs EU. The role focuses on regional KOL development and study execution to support our diagnostics strategy. You will work with Marketing, Applications, and Technical Service to implement solutions across EU labs and key accounts.

Required are a PhD in a relevant field, 10+ years in the industry or clinical labs, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% within Europe is expected; fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline is required.
• 10+ years of industry and/or clinical laboratory experience.
• Experience in infectious disease field preferred.
• Experience with molecular diagnostics and Lab Developed Tests validation.
• Proven ability to present technical content to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ISO, FDA/CLIA requirements is advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication and teaching skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional key opinion leader development and study execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Applications, and Technical Service teams.
• Oversee product implementations at customer sites and trainings.
• Interact with laboratories and hospital accounts; support scientific studies.
• Support product development with field-based insights and publications.
