Job summary

DiaSorin seeks a Regional Manager, Scientific Affairs to lead KOL development, study execution, and strategic scientific alignment with marketing. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Applications, and Technical Service teams to implement product strategies at customer sites across Europe.

The candidate should have a PhD, 10+ years in the field, and strong communication skills to present complex data to diverse stakeholders. Travel up to 50% within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of industry/clinical lab experience.
• Experience with molecular diagnostics in a clinical lab.
• Ability to present technical content to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ISO, FDA/CLIA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical consultant for customers across regions including hospitals and commercial accounts.
• Lead studies and work with KOLs, report on findings and publications.
• Understand clinical practices and regulations; communicate internal insights.
