Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) in Trento invites a skilled Project Manager to join the Project Management Group (PMG) in the Digital Society Center. The candidate will coordinate Horizon Europe activities, write proposals, and manage European projects with researchers and partners, fostering participatory and co-design approaches.

The role requires a MSc, at least 2 years in European project management, and fluency in Italian and English (both C1).

Formación

• M.Sc. or equivalent degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager focusing on European projects.
• Good knowledge of Horizon Europe, Interreg Alpine Space, Interreg Central Europe.
• Experience in large collaborative European projects under Horizon Europe.
• Proven track record in writing successful research proposals for Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020 and related programmes.
• Excellent Italian language skills (C1).
• Excellent English language skills (C1).
• Strategic vision and management skills.
• Teamwork, strong communication and relational abilities.
• Accuracy, flexibility, proactivity, and goal orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of Horizon Europe TERRAE activities, especially the local pilot in Trentino, coordinating participatory co-design activities with local stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for EU research projects, designing and facilitating participatory processes.
• Support DIGIS and AI centers in research programs focusing on digital innovation, rural empowerment, resilience and trustworthy AI.
• Write proposals as main contact for local, national, and international projects.
• Manage relations with local and international stakeholders within PMG projects.
• Reference funding programmes include Horizon Europe and Interreg Alpine Space/Central Europe.
