FBK in Italy’s Center on Sustainable Energy invites applications for a Tenure Track position to advance knowledge management and project coordination within a dynamic research environment.

The role emphasizes strategic development, collaboration with research units and industry partners, and support for national and European funding opportunities, with a view to a permanent T3 contract after evaluation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge Management: organised knowledge sharing across projects and teams
• Project Management & Monitoring: support planning, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Funding & Partnership Development: identify opportunities and engage partners
• English proficiency: oral and written at least B2
• Teamwork and communication: strong collaborative skills
• Certifications in Project Management: positively evaluated

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement knowledge management processes to capture and share research outputs across the Center
• Support dissemination, exploitation and valorisation of results with partners and tech transfer services
• Support strategic communication of the Hydrogen Hub and knowledge sharing across channels
• Maintain overview of capabilities, results and assets to aid new proposals and collaborations
• Promote knowledge exchange across units and teams, identify synergies
• Identify funding opportunities and assist in proposal development with partners
• Support project management in research and innovation projects with leaders and admin services
