TR2 SRLS in Italy seeks a Communications Manager to lead institutional, project and digital communications across EU-funded initiatives. You will ensure EU-compliant messaging, build TR2's reputation in the European innovation ecosystem, and manage dissemination for Horizon Europe and ESA projects.

You will write press releases, articles and newsletters, coordinate with media and stakeholders, and develop a coherent strategy across channels while aligning with grant requirements and business

Competenze

• Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or institutional communication.
• Direct experience with EU project dissemination requirements and best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (C1+); Italian required.
• Strong understanding of digital communication channels and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple communication workstreams simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the company's communication strategy across institutional, project and corporate channels.
• Lead dissemination and communication activities for EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, ESA) in compliance with grant agreement requirements.
• Write press releases, articles, project newsletters and institutional communications.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, industry publications and institutional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consortium partners on joint communication activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
• Prepare communication reports for project reviews and EU reporting.
• Support event organisation and the company's presence at conferences.
