cscs.it is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of ongoing projects, coordinating with government agencies, development partners, and CSCS teams. The role includes developing strategies, monitoring KPIs, and preparing donor reports to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has university-level education and proven EU project management experience, with strong Italian and English communication skills.

Competenze

• University Degree is required.
• Work experience in EU project management is required.
• Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Other EU languages are a plus (German/French).
• Experience with EU institutions is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Implement activities as required by the project.
• Update communication materials and project descriptions.
• Develop literature overview and organize background material.
• Collaborate with graphic designer on communication materials.
• Oversee project implementation within budget and timeline.
• Draft detailed implementation plans with timelines and resources.
• Prepare annual/semi-annual work plan updates.
• Supervise national administrative consultants.
