ATS Corporation is seeking an experienced EU Category Manager – Indirect & Services to own the regional sourcing strategy and supplier relationships across the Indirect & Services spend portfolio. This role combines regional ownership with global exposure in a fast-paced industrial automation environment.

The successful candidate will deploy sourcing strategies, ensure supplier competitiveness, and lead multifactor negotiations including capacity, risk mitigation, sustainability, and long-term

Competenze

• Education in Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, or SCM.
• 5–8 years in strategic sourcing within international manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead international, multicultural sourcing network for Indirect & Services portfolio.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with key suppliers; establish performance contracts and monitor KPIs.
• Apply Long-Term Saving Plan to achieve savings and spend coverage across the portfolio.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with ATS policies and integrate risk mitigation and sustainability criteria.
• Anticipate strategic sourcing opportunities and communicate with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Act as single EU point of contact for indirect sourcing issues, ensuring ownership and continuity.
• Coordinate with global category leads to keep EU execution aligned with global direction.
