ATS Corporation seeks an experienced EU Category Manager – Indirect & Services to own the regional sourcing strategy and supplier relationships. This role combines regional ownership with global exposure in a fast-paced industrial automation environment, interacting with internal stakeholders across functions and regions.

The successful candidate will deploy sourcing strategies, ensure supplier competitiveness, and lead multifactor negotiations covering capacity, risk mitigation, and

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5–8 years in strategic sourcing roles in international manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with supplier performance management and ERP data.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with international companies and multi-million euro spend.
• English is mandatory; additional local languages are a plus.

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Ownership for the Indirect & Services portfolio.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and KPI monitoring.
• Manage spend and savings within the Long-Term Saving Plan.
• Oversee SRM, compliance, and continuous improvement.
