Job summary

ATS Corporation is seeking an experienced EU Category Manager – Indirect & Services to own the regional sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for the Indirect & Services spend portfolio. This role offers a unique combination of regional ownership and global exposure within a fast-paced, multi-divisional industrial automation environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5–8 years of strategic sourcing experience in an international manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical mindset with ERP data capability.
• Excellent negotiation skills with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category ownership for Indirect & Services across EU.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with key suppliers; establish performance-based contracts and KPIs.
• Manage spend and savings targets across the portfolio.
• Oversee supplier relationships, driving performance and compliance.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with policies and sustainability criteria.
• Coordinate with global category leads to align EU execution with global direction.
