Human Technopole in Milan is seeking a Scientific Project Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Horizon Europe PRE-CVD project, coordinating with the Scientific Coordinator and consortium partners.

You will oversee work packages, track budgets and risks, prepare periodic reports to the European Commission, organize consortium meetings, and ensure compliance with grant and consortium agreements while promoting dissemination and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Master's degree in health sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a research environment.
• Experience managing EU-funded collaborative projects (e.g., Horizon Europe).
• Familiarity with EU funding rules and grant management processes.
• Fluency in English.
• PhD and PM certifications are preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as the operational lead of the EU PRE-CVD project and coordinate with the Scientific Coordinator.
• Oversee day-to-day project management, including work packages, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, risks and timelines across the consortium; drive corrective actions.
• Lead periodic scientific and financial reporting to the European Commission.
• Organise consortium meetings and maintain governance procedures; support communication and dissemination.
