GRID esports is seeking a Tournament Coordinator to join our Tournament Services team and take operational ownership of tournaments from initial planning through live delivery and post-event review.

You will translate objectives and designs into actionable operational plans, coordinating people, systems and dependencies to ensure each tournament runs smoothly, with risk managed and stakeholders kept aligned throughout the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Esports or event operations experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end operational planning and delivery of GRID tournaments.
• Coordinate formats, schedules, invitations and registrations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with timelines, scope, budgets and quality.
• Maintain event readiness and manage operational risks.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned tournaments.
• Post-event reporting and KPI tracking.
