Kings League is seeking a Live Show & Content Manager to join the Content team. You will manage day-to-day content production and lead control room operations during matchdays and live-streamed events.

Responsibilities include creating the show rundown, coordinating talent cues, and liaising between editorial strategy and the technical crew to ensure seamless broadcasts and engaging content across platforms.

Competenze

• 5+ years in production coordination or senior editorial roles across broadcast TV, digital video, or high-traffic live streams.
• Solid mastery of studio/control room operations and live cueing.
• Post-production workflows coordination (editing, motion graphics, asset formatting).
• Understanding of the digital/streaming ecosystem and audience engagement strategies.

About The Role

We are looking for a Live Show & Content Manager to join our Content team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day content production and lead control room operations and rundown execution during matchdays and live-streamed events.

Key Responsibilities

Matchday & Live Show Running

• Rundown & Live Broadcast Management: Create, update, and coordinate the show flow (rundown) in real-time inside the control room / gallery.
• Technical & Editorial Liaison: Serve as the main bridge between editorial strategy and the technical crew during live broadcasts.
• Talent Management: Coordinate timing, cues, and stage entries/exits for hosts, talents, and guests during live broadcasts.

Project Management & Content Production

• Concept & Production Supervision: Oversee day-to-day content production, from initial ideation to final deliverables.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: Confidently lead and facilitate operational meetings with external partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to align on content deliverables and campaign goals.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Manage and align multidisciplinary teams (video editors, motion graphic designers, writers, hosts, and talent).
• Editorial & Scriptwriting: Write scripts, concepts, formats, and manage editorial calendars.
• Events & Activations: Handle project management for live events and special live-streaming brand activations.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in production coordination, show running, or senior editorial roles across broadcast TV, digital video production, or high-traffic live streaming channels (e.g., Twitch, YouTube).
• Live Broadcast & Control Room Operations: Solid mastery of studio/control room dynamics, live execution, rundown management, and live cueing.
• Post-Production Workflows: post-production coordination (video editing, motion graphics, asset formatting, and optimization for social/digital platforms).
• Digital Media Ecosystem: understanding of the digital/streaming ecosystem, emerging video formats, and audience engagement strategies.
