Arsenalia is seeking an intern in Venice to support their HR Learning & Development team in ESG-related training initiatives. The role includes coordinating training activities and contributing to research in sustainability trends.

We are looking for a motivated individual currently enrolled in a degree program who is interested in ESG topics and can communicate in English. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package aimed at supporting professional growth and work-life balance.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest in ESG and sustainability topics.
• Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or above).
• Proficiency in Office 365.

Mansioni

• Support the HR Learning & Development team in ESG training initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating ESG and sustainability training activities.
• Contribute to research on ESG topics and sustainability trends.
• Help collect data and feedback from training sessions.

Conoscenze

English communication skills (B2 level)

Office 365 proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Interest in ESG and sustainability

Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environments

Formazione

Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor's or Master's)
