Arsenalia in Mestre, Italy is looking for an intern to support the HR Learning & Development team with ESG-related training initiatives. You'll help coordinate training activities, assist in documentation, and contribute to research on sustainability topics.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a relevant degree program and has an interest in ESG. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is essential. Join us to make a meaningful impact while growing your skills in a collaborative environment.

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field as part of a curricular internship.

Mansioni

• Support HR Learning & Development in ESG-related training initiatives.
• Coordinate ESG training activities including documentation and scheduling.
• Research ESG topics to support learning content and internal initiatives.

Conoscenze

Interest in ESG and sustainability topics

Communication skills in English (B2 level)

Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Formazione

Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Education, Psychology, or a related field
