Marelli is seeking a Technical Support Equipment Specialist to join the Technical Equipment team in Corbetta (MI). You will report to the Technical Equipment Manager and work on automotive diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.

You will provide technical support by phone and online, analyze requests, contribute to technical content, and assist in development and validation of equipment and software. Occasional travel within the EMEA region is required.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in electronics/mechatronics.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in automotive equipment development or technical support.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support by phone and online for Checkstar workshops and external networks.
• Analyze and manage automotive technical requests using professional databases and documentation.
• Support activation, use, and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.
• Contribute to technical content creation (Tech Blog, documentation).
• Assist in development and validation of equipment and software (functional tests, debugging).
• Deliver second-level product and equipment support via remote systems, liaising with suppliers and customers.
• Develop and update technical and commercial product documentation.
• Work closely with senior staff for knowledge transfer and continuity.
