Tecnimont Services, part of the MAIRE Group, seeks a Proposal Manager to lead technical and commercial bids, reporting to the Head of Commercial and guiding the team from ITB to client negotiations, with handover to operations if awarded.

We require 10+ years in EPC, fluent English, a proactive, analytical leader with strong business judgment and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad. Permanent contract with a competitive package and 14 monthly installments.

Competenze

At least 10 years experience in a similar position within EPC companies.
Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
Pro-active mindset and ability to think out of the box.
Strong business judgment supported by analytics, not limited to technical mindset.
Strong and decisive leadership with energy and resilience to deliver results.
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.

Mansioni

Define the proposal budget.
Analyze ITB technical and commercial documentation and prepare the proposal execution plan and schedule.
Lead estimating activities with engineering, procurement and construction to ensure competitiveness.
Coordinate technical departments to prepare the technical proposal per ITB requirements and Tecnimont Services procedures.
Coordinate corporate functions to define the best vehicle to sign and execute the project.
Prepare comments to the ITB contract draft.
Present proposal Summary and cost/revenue summary for approval to Head of Commercial.
Lead technical and contractual negotiations with the Client.
In case of award, prepare the handover package to Operations.
