Job summary
Novonesis is seeking a regional European role in the Animal & Plant Biosolutions Europe commercial organisation. You will diagnose and solve application challenges at customer feed mills, lead projects from assessment through installation and optimisation, and build technical partnerships with equipment suppliers and installation partners.
You will travel across Europe (~30-50%), translating complex technical challenges into practical, commercially viable solutions while supporting commercial
Qualifications
- This role requires a degree in feed technology or related field with hands-on experience in feed manufacturing or process engineering.
- Candidates should have 5-7+ years in feed processes, production management or application engineering, with travel willingness.
- Fluent English is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve application challenges at customer feed mills across Europe.
- Lead technical projects from assessment to installation, commissioning and optimisation.
- Coordinate with external contractors and technical partners.
- Develop technical business cases and costings with Account Managers.
- Train and upskill Sales and Technical Service teams with market insights.
