RINA is hiring a Technology Innovation and Strategy Junior Consultant in Genova, Italy. The role is for a protected-category candidate under Italian Law 68/99, offering an entry-level path in the Sustainability and Business Innovation division.

Competenze

• Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato).
• Internship or academic project experience in consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or related areas is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to interpret business data.
• Familiarity with process mapping techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) and documentation.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Awareness of sustainability concepts, carbon footprint assessment, and environmental impact analysis is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
