RINA seeks a Technology Innovation, Strategy and Roadmapping Consultant in Genoa, Italy, within the Sustainability and Business Innovation division, reporting to the Head of Technology Innovation. The role blends hands-on analysis with project leadership across technology scouting, supply chain optimization, and business continuity planning.

The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and contribute to proposals while mentoring junior

Competenze

Mandatory requirement: registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99
4–6 years of experience in management consulting or related roles
Experience coordinating project activities and deadlines
Ability to present analytical outputs clearly to senior management
Solid technical or engineering background
Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English

Mansioni

Lead the technical execution of consulting projects within scope, timeline and budget
Coordinate consultants and integrate contributions into a consistent final output
Contribute to analytical work as required by project size and nature
Serve as technical counterpart for the client and support proposals and business development
Mentor junior consultants and support their growth
