RINA is seeking a Technology Innovation, Strategy and Roadmapping Consultant (Categorie Protette 68/99) to join our Sustainability and Business Innovation division in Genoa, Italy. The role leads technical management of engagements, coordinating consultants, framing client problems, and ensuring quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in management consulting or related roles, with strong coordination, communication in Italian and English, and a solid engineering background.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering General.
• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting or related roles.
• Experience coordinating project activities and resources with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Deliver technical management of consulting projects within scope, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate consultants and integrate contributions into a consistent final output.
• Present findings to clients and act as technical counterpart throughout engagements.
• Support proposal preparation, scoping and effort estimation for technical projects.
