Entrepreniston, through Aventuro, seeks a highly motivated intern to join our startup ecosystem team in Italy. You will work closely with our professionals and contribute to growth initiatives in startup acceleration and entrepreneurship.

The role offers hands-on experience, flexibility with a remote-friendly schedule, professional mentorship, and exposure to events, research, and data-driven operations within a private equity and VC environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, Marketing preferred, but open to other backgrounds.
• Confidence in working with AI tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, and meetups for startups and entrepreneurs.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support team operations.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, communication, and data entry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on startup development and growth strategies.
